The “Noyar” program on the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Health Radio has ushered in a new chapter in radio programming by utilizing artificial intelligence as a presenter and content producer.
According to the Public Relations Department of Radio Salamat, in the “Noyar” program, technology not only provides scientific information, but also plays a role in conducting discussions, producing music, and creating creative shows. “Noyar” strives to provide a different and engaging experience for listeners by combining knowledge, creativity, and technology.
“Masoud Hassani,” the producer of the “Noyar” program, said about the goal of the program: “Our effort has been to transform artificial intelligence from a purely technical tool into a media assistant; so that it can play a role in presenting scientific information, producing short shows, and even producing music, in addition to presenting them.”
Hassani continued: “The Noyar program is designed in a multi-part format. The program begins with a dramatic conversation between the presenter and AI, then a new scientific topic or achievement is raised. Next, an expert in the field of technology or health will examine its various aspects.”
He stated: After the expert discussion, music produced with the help of AI is played, and at the end, a short creative show processed by AI takes listeners on a new journey in the world of technology.
Hassani concluded by stating: By providing attractive and different content, Noyar creates a bridge between the media and AI so that the audience is not only a listener, but also gets to know this new technology closely and experiences the possibility of interacting with it.
The “Noyar” program, produced and performed by “Masoud Hassani” and coordinated by “Roghieh Baghaei,” will be broadcast on Thursdays and Fridays at 16:30 on FM Radio, 102 MHz, from the Salamat Radio Network.
